In the bustling final days of college, amidst the chaos of exams and farewells, I faced the daunting task of moving out of my apartment. Hoping to secure my security deposit, I sought the help of a local house cleaner. Finding a reputable house cleaner was not easy and when I finally did, the ambiguity in their booking process and the lack of clear communication left me feeling uneasy. My apprehensions were validated when the cleaners arrived late, the service fell short of expectations, and promises made were not kept. Frustrated and disillusioned, I took matters into my own hands and cleaned the apartment myself.
Returning to my hometown of Perkasie, the absence of dependable house cleaning services mirrored my college experience. Motivated by this, I launched The Dusting Crew in 2014. The goals of the business were simple: streamline the booking process to make it as easy and transparent as possible, and ensure the cleaning service provided was nothing short of exceptional. It was my mission to create a service that I, myself, would have wanted during that stressful move-out day—a service that valued reliability, excellence, and customer satisfaction above all else.
