General Questions

Do I have to be home during my house cleaning service?–+

No, please feel free to come and go as you please. While we ask that you be home for the initial booking to meet your primary house cleaner, it is not necessary that you be home for subsequent bookings. Some of our clients stay at home as we clean while others prefer to leave. Whichever you prefer, your home is in good hands.

Do I have to get my entire house cleaned?–+

No, you may choose to have any combination of your home cleaned. While our cleaning service includes the 1st and 2nd floors by default, you can customize your booking to include only one of the floors or only some of the rooms or areas. If you select a Maintenance Cleaning plan, you can also rotate certain rooms every other booking.

How many house cleaners do you send?–+

For Deep Cleaning we send one Deep Clean Specialist accompanied by one to two house cleaners. Essential Cleaning and maintenance cleaning includes one primary house cleaner. We will notify you if there is a change in your house cleaners.

How will my house cleaners enter my home?–+

Many of our clients provide us with a house key, combination lock or garage code, or leave a key for our house cleaners to enter their home. Any keys or codes provided to us are securely kept in our locked office. We recommend clients select whichever option they are most comfortable with.
