What You’ll Be Doing

  1. 01

    Clean homes using our proven system

    Follow our methods and procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality results in every home.

  2. 02

    Perform detailed, hands-on cleaning

    Dusting, scrubbing, wiping surfaces, tidying, degreasing, vacuuming, and mopping.

  3. 03

    Handle buildup and deeper cleaning tasks

    Remove hard water, soap scum, grease, and other buildup to restore surfaces.

  4. 04

    Complete a variety of service types

    Maintenance, Deep, Move-In/Move-Out, and Post-Construction Cleaning.

  5. 05

    Communicate clearly and professionally

    Interact with clients and team members in a respectful, straightforward manner.

  6. 06

    Handle the physical demands of the job

    Stay active throughout the day, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need
prior experience.

What matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to follow a system.

  • House cleaning experience preferred, but not required
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background check

Starting Pay

$20/hr

Begin with an hourly rate as you learn our system and build confidence in the role.

Per-Job Pay

$60–$120/home

Transition into performance-based pay. Earn per home depending on size and scope of the cleaning.

Paid Time Off

Take time off when you need it, with PTO earned over time.

Travel Pay & Mileage

Remain clocked in while driving between homes and receive mileage reimbursement.
