Yes, we send the same house cleaner every booking. Your dedicated house cleaner will become familiar with the specific cleaning needs of your home and your preferences.
- How many house cleaners do you send?
For recurring service we send one house cleaner. This helps us ensure you get the same house cleaner each booking. You will be notified if we need to send an additional house cleaner.
- How long will my house cleaning take?
Since all homes differ in their cleaning needs, it can be difficult to provide the exact amount of time each booking will take. The average size home, around 2250 square feet, takes on average three hours to clean. The time it takes to clean your home will differ depending on its size and specific cleaning needs.
- How do I pay for my cleaning service?
For the convenience of our clients we accept online card payments. You only need to add you card details once and we will process payment after each booking is complete and you’re 100% satisfied.
